The Cambridgeshire Association of Local Councils provides help and advice to parish and town councils in the county. The Hug developed a web site for them which let them impart some of that advice via the Internet.
CALC expects to be a big user of Opus' news feature. They produce a paper bulletin every month. 2,000 copies, each consisting of eight A4 pages, are sent out to local councils in Cambridgeshire. Now those articles will also appear as news on their web site and will grow into a searchable knowledge base. |
