Emmaus Cambridge

CSF logo The Emmaus project at Landbeach was the first to be established in the UK. Opened in 1992 by Terry Waite CBE, the Community is home to up to thirty people who were formerly homeless.

The community is situated in the village of Landbeach, just north of Cambridge itself, and works closely with other organizations in the area to support those people who are homeless or trapped by poverty.

We developed a web site for them using our Opus content management engine. Using Opus means that Emmaus staff can update the information on the site themselves.

In particular they have a news page where they post their latest news.
