Centre for Crime and Justice Studies

CCJS logo The Centre for Crime and Justice Studies is an independent charity at King's College London that informs and educates about all aspects of crime and the criminal justice system.

We developed a new web site for them using our Opus content management engine. Using Opus meant that charity staff could update the information on the site themselves.

They do this very regularly publishing a daily news summary most days both on their web site which highlighted stories in the media in areas they think are of interest.

They also publish a monthly news bulletin again both on the web and by email updating people on the work they had been doing as well as a quarterly magazine Criminal Justice Matters selected articles from which are available online.

All their publications and press releases are also posted on their web site.

Our intelligent indexing meant that staff only have to post the new page, be it a news summary, a monthly bulletin, a publication or a press release and Opus automatically updates the related index page.
